East Coast Roast is dedicated to providing you with the freshest and best tasting coffee possible.  We ship your order within the first week of roasting to guarantee freshness.  Unfortunately, due to the type of product we sell, East Coast Roast is unable to accept returns on coffee, so no refunds will be given.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your coffee, we will be happy to replace it, at no cost, with another coffee of the same value for one time only.
